Emmaree Ann was born September 14 at 12:20...after just five short hours of labor. Because of how early she was, the doctors were concerned about the maturity of her lungs, but against the odds, she came out screaming :). Never before have I been so happy to hear a baby cry. Not only are her lungs completely developed, but every other part of her is completely healthy and she got to come home with us yesterday.

Papa made it back from Africa yesterday and he is now Emma's most favorite bed...she can sleep for hours on him and he just loves it!
