Peaches!!!

Last week, I went out to the far side of Caldwell to a fruit stand/orchard that my aunt (thanks Marlene!!) had told me about...out there, I found some AMAZING peaches...and they were $12/box (24-28lbs)...so, I bought two boxes, not entirely sure what I was going to do with them...

So, last night, Annie and I made some peach jam....and oh.my.goodness....it is SO good. Probably my 2nd favorite kind of jam, behind raspberry (of course)...
